INSCRIPTIONS


How to register?

All registrations are made on the Sport'N'Connect platform.


Who can register?

Anyone, licensed or not, over 18 years old can register for cyclosportives.


On the cyclo-hiking, registration can be done from 15 years old.


What does registration include?

What the registration includes:

  • Jersey of the 22nd edition
  • A frame plate, to be positioned at the front of the bike
  • Electronic timing
  • The supplies
  • The safety of the test
  • The rescue
  • A hot meal
  • Hot shower in Saint François Longchamp
  • Instructions on departure and arrival

How can I be sure I am registered correctly?

A confirmation email is sent following final registration for the cyclo.


ASSURANCE


Can I cancel my registration?

Each participant can take out cancellation insurance when registering on the website. No cancellation will be taken into account if this insurance has not been taken out.


BIBS


How to get the bib?

A QR code will be sent by email the week before the cyclosportive.

If the certificate has not been placed on the platform beforehand, please obtain it.

Bib collection will be only at the Saint François Longchamp Tourist Office

  • Friday 25th July from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday 26th July from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday 27th July from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AND REGULATIONS


Is a medical certificate mandatory?

For the cyclosportive, it is mandatory to present a valid medical certificate stating "no contraindication to the practice of competitive cycling" and dated less than one year on the day of the event.


For cyclo-hiking, the certificate is not obligatory.


The certificate must be submitted to the Sport'N'Connect registration area.


What if I have a license?

The licenses accepted on the Madeleine are:

  • Competition license issued by the FFC (or federation affiliated to the UCI) in current validity
  • Valid UFOLEP cycling competition license
  • Valid FSGT cycling competition license
  • Valid FFTri competition license for cyclo-sport events
  • Foreign Federation License


ATTENTION: FFCT or FF Vélo not accepted (regulations imposed by the FFC). These participants will therefore be considered non-licensed.


Can I withdraw for someone else?

Yes, you can withdraw with the QRCode and a copy of the person's ID card.


Where can I find the regulations?

The regulations for the 2025 cyclosportive are available here (only French version).


DURING THE RACE


Are there any luggage lockers?

There will be the possibility to leave your belongings in the departure area and collect them.


Are there any refreshment points on the courses?

The courses offer several refreshment points throughout the race which you can find here.


Is the race timed?

The cyclosportives will be timed and will result in the following classification:


  • Grand Parcours “Le Sapey”: The first 3 in the M/F scratch   first in each category
  • “La Madeleine” Medium Course: The first 3 in the M/F scratch   first in each category
  • Short Course “La Montvernier”: The first 3 scratch   the first 3 women   the first 3 young people (17 to 20 years old from 2004 to 2007)


The cyclo-hiking will not be timed.


Is the road closed to traffic?

The race takes place on open roads with priority of passage, the course is not closed to vehicles.


So it is the highway code that takes precedence.


There are still flaggers to protect the intersections and give priority to the race.

A system is also in place to ensure the greatest security for all participants on each course.


Are there any time restrictions?

For organizational and security reasons, two time barriers are in place:


  • Access to the 125km "Le Sapey" route will be closed from 10:30 a.m. on the way there at the Lacets de Montvernier refreshment point. In fact, participants will be directed on the 80km route towards the Col du Chaussy.


  • Access to the Col de la Madeleine will be closed from Saint François Longchamp at 4:30 p.m. for all courses. In fact, all runners arriving after this time at Saint François Longchamp will not be able to access the Col de la Madeleine.




Is there an emergency number?

There is an emergency number on all frame plates.


AFTER THE RACE


When will the results be known?

You have access to the results in real time on the website of our service provider AltiChrono.


Are there any photos taken at the event?

A professional photographer covers the event, the link to the photos will be available on our social networks the week following the cyclosportive.


Is there a meal on arrival?

All participants benefit from a hot meal at the Saint François Longchamp Tourist Office, upon presentation of their frame plate.


It is possible, when registering or when collecting your bib, to reserve a meal for an accompanying person.
